Refund policy

We accept returns of most unopened products within 15 days of purchase, when accompanied by a receipt.

Exceptions:

Products such as:

  • Computers, Printers, Networking (such as routers) and related computer /I.T. accessories & components, 
  • Inks & Toners,
  • Office furniture & chairs, 
  • Televisions and audio equipment,
  • Gaming consoles, games and accessories

are considered special order items and cannot be returned.

Other conditions may apply.

All return requests must be pre-approved.
