1. Processing & Fulfillment
We aim to process all orders within 1–2 business days.

Multi-Source Shipping: To offer a massive inventory of Ink & Toner, we ship these items directly from our partner warehouses. If your order includes both office supplies and hardware, they may arrive in separate packages.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the following rules:

Orders $150 and over: FREE Standard Shipping (Exclusions apply for heavy/oversized items).

Orders under $150: $15.00 Flat Rate Shipping.

Heavy or Oversized Items: Items such as commercial printers, server racks, or large PA systems are subject to custom freight quotes. We will contact you with a shipping total for approval before processing these orders.
3. Local Delivery (The 3km Zone)
We are proud to support our local community with direct delivery from our Main St. team.

Eligibility: Local delivery is available for orders of $50.00 or more.

Area: Delivery is restricted to a 3km radius from our shop at 254 Main St.

Schedule: If you are within this zone, the local delivery option will appear at checkout. Deliveries are typically made within [Insert Days, e.g., 24-48 hours] of order placement.
4. Local In-Store Pickup

Cost: Always FREE.

Process: Choose "Pick up" at checkout. You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email when your items are at the counter.

Requirements: Please bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID.

5. Institutional & B2B Delivery
Authorized institutional and corporate "Account" customers may have specialized delivery routes or schedules. Please contact your account representative directly to coordinate these shipments.
6. Tracking & Damages

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order leaves the warehouse or our store.

Damages: Rick’s Home & Office is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please document the packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim.
